In her introductory remarks, the representative of Nnewi Union in Atlanta, Mrs Grace Okeke in company of Mrs Chioma Egbuonu pointed out that the initiative actually started four years ago. Barr Maduakolam said that the failure of an individual to collect the PVC would encourage unscrupulous politicians looking for ways to rig the election to buy up the uncollected voters' cards. By Chuks Collins Disquiet as constituents disclaim Anambra Deputy Speaker's empowerment initiative There is disquiet in the ancient Ihiala community as several youths have debunked the claims by the Deputy Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly and Member Representing Ihiala II Constituency, Hon Paschal Agbodike that he recently empowered hundreds of them. Hon Agbodike is the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) House of Representatives candidate for Ihiala in the 2023 National Assembly elections.
