Anambra LGA law is a twist of Supreme Court judgment, social commentator declares From Seun Miracle Anambra State based political scientist and a social commentator, Comrade Elvis Okolie has described the Anambra State Local Government Administration Bill recently signed into law by Gov Charles Soludo as a deliberate attempt to twist the Supreme Court judgement on the local government autonomy. Comrade Okolie, who was speaking with journalists recently said that the bill was meant to truncate local government autonomy in the state, so to take control of monies meant for LGAs from the federation account. Anambra 2025: Trouble for Gov Soludo as IPAC declares support for LP aspirant, Moghalu From Seun Miracle The Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Anambra State chapter has expressed their readiness to cooperate with and support the aspiration of Labour Party's governorship hopeful, Chief George Moghalu. IPAC led by it's chairman made their position known during a courtesy visit to Chief George Moghalu at his Uruagu-Nnewi country home. Austin Epunam (JP) has expressed the organization's utmost dissatisfaction and disappointment with the outcome of the recent local government elections conducted by the Anambra State Independent Electoral Commission (ANSIEC).
