The Chairman, CEO of Legwo Technology, Hon Emma Nsoedo (Akuku Nnewi) while speaking with the press said the concept is a dream he has nursed for a long time. He noted that it is indeed an evolutionary process spanning  the time National Vision Newspaper came on board and the present dispensation.

He said since there is interconnectivity between media and Telecom,  it becomes imperative to come up with Legwo Technology.

Hon Nsoedo while reacting to a question said that Telecom sector can not be said to be saturated when the nation is having huge population of mobile phone subscribers.

Eze Akuku, former Anambra State Commsioner for Youths and Sport said Legwo Technology would not compromise on quality.

"We Want to give our customers opportunity to access quality phones and phone accessories." He said.

A prominent media personality, Mr Ubaka Onwuanibe, a principal partner of Legwo Technology pointed out that there is need for practitioners to be the best in their act noting that the Chairman and CEO of Legwo Technology, Hon Nsoedo is well known for quality.

He expressed optimism that the Nnewi business would be positively impacted with the entrance of Legwo Technology.

The chairman of phone and accessories dealers in the industrial town of Nnewi, Mr Amechi George congratulated Eze Akuku for storming the industry with a bang.

He expressed unflinching believe in the ability of Legwo Technology to push quality phones and accessories into the market.

He said that the major problem being confronted by phone dealers in Nnewi and other places has to do with the outrageous foreign exchange.

"The current exchange rate of Naira to Dollar is not good for business, it makes the cost of quality phones to be on the high side. That of course give room for unscropulous persons to take advantage of customers who may be looking for cheaper items." He noted.
