2 Girls Declared Missing In Awka

The Anambra State Police Command has declared two girls missing in the state capital.

This fact was contained in a press release signed by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the command, Haruna Mohammed (CSP).

Haruna Mohammed said that on February 4,  a case of missing persons was reported at CPS Awka by one Ukamaka  Anunobi "f" of NO.7 Emeka Chukwura Street Amikwo Awka.

Ukamaka according to the PPRO reported that two of her step daughters seventeen year old Precious Chukwuemeka and twelve year old and Mmesoma Chukwuemeka of same address left the house to unknown destination but did not return home. 

Haruna Mohammed said that the police command circulated the signal through the control room while effort is being intensified to find the missing children.

The missing persons, he said are  dark in complexion one is about five feet tall while the other is three and half feet tall without a tribal mark.

The Command implored members of the public with useful information about the children' whereabout to report at the nearest Police Station or through Police emergency number 07039194332.
