Onuli Confirms  Barr. Ifeoma Chijioke As Substantive Director of  NOA in Anambra

The Director-General of National Orientation Agency (NOA), Abuja, Mallam Isa Lanre Onuli, has approved the appointment of Barrister Lady, Ifeoma Chijioke as the substantive Director of the Agency in Anambra State, following her recent promotion to grade level seventeen. 

Barrister Chijioke, who received her newly promotion letter today at Engr. Ebele Ofunneamaka Okeke Federal Secretariat Complex, the state headquarters of the Agency, Awka, pledged to break the chains holding the Agency back over the years like the biblical Esther. 

The NOA boss, who noted that to whom much is given much is expected, underscored the importance of teamwork in taking the Agency to greater level. 

"I did not believe in scattered loyalty, let us put our loyalties together, there must be canes, but not to harm any staff. The canes are for correction, and to harm," she said. 

She urged the staff and the management team of the Agency to place above every other things their attendance to their duty posts, assuring them that with their mutual cooperation, her  leadership will  overcome all the lingering challenges facing the Agency in the state. 

Barrister Chijioke, who spoke among other things, commended the unwavering foresight of the Director-General of the Agency, Mallam Onuli, which she acknowledged that had opened more widows for promotion, and protection of welfare of the staff of the Agency. 

Describing her promotion as a thing of joy, the Director, gave God all the glory, adding that even the heaven, and earth are with her as she journeys into the onerous task ahead, and extended a hand of fellowship to Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, whom she said, had done a lot for the state without borrowing a dime. 

In a remark during the  special songs, and praises as parts of activities to thank God for His unrelenting grace upon the Agency, Ordinand ThankGod Obidiegwu of St. Paul's Anglican *Seminary,* Awka, prayed  God to grant the new Director His heavenly glory and wisdom as she officially took over the leadership of the Agency in the state.

Ordinand Obidiegwu, who stated that promotions come from God, pleaded the Director not to use his new  office to intimidate the staff, but should work towards leading them as people of the same family by becoming the mother of all.
